Impact adds a broader connected marketing view: 2 websites, 50 tracked questions, up to 3 conversion events, signups, leads, orders and Shopify revenue from connected data, Google Ads and Meta Ads alongside earned discovery, and a weekly Business Impact Brief. Enterprise is our done-for-you service: our team handles setup, monitoring and improvement work within an agreed scope, with more websites on request, 100 tracked questions, 10 conversion events, 500 Alice credits a month, with pricing from US$299/month depending on the agreed scope. You approve changes and publishing before we proceed. Enterprise is set up by hand, so it starts with a conversation rather than a checkout.
What are tracked questions and Alice credits?+
A tracked question is a buyer search Alice checks every day across Google Search and AI answers, and keeps as a series. Google AI Overviews are checked on every paid plan, alongside ChatGPT (OpenAI model with web search, not the ChatGPT app), Claude (Anthropic API with web search, not claude.ai), and Gemini. Alice credits pay for on-demand work: a question in chat, an analysis, a drafted report or fix. Free includes 50 once; Visibility renews 150 a month, Impact 250 and Enterprise 500. Can Alice attribute every AI conversion?+
No. Alice reports identifiable AI referrals where available, separately from AI-answer visibility. Connected traffic, conversion and revenue data provide marketing context; they do not prove that an AI mention or citation caused a business outcome.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. No contract and no minimum term. Cancel from your dashboard and keep access through the end of the billing period. Every paid plan carries a 30-day refund on the first month, no questions asked.
