Aliceby TranX

Built by people who measure before they believe

We've spent a decade building software and data systems at internet scale. We know exactly how hard it is to look at five tabs on a Monday and still not know what's working, and how easy it is for a tool to sell you a number it cannot back. So we built Alice to answer three questions against your own data: can buyers find you, in Google and in AI answers; who is found instead; and did being found matter.

What is TranX?

What is TranX?

TranX is a software company that builds Alice, an AI growth agent. Founded by engineers who previously built Firefox at Mozilla and based in Taipei, TranX builds measurement you can check: Alice audits what AI crawlers can read on your site, tracks whether AI answers cite you, and connects the pages AI answers cite to their visits and to your outcome event (signups, purchases, or leads) in your own Search Console and GA4.

What does TranX do?

TranX builds Alice, an AI growth agent that measures growth from AI visibility to revenue. Alice runs a free scan of what AI crawlers can read, probes a handful of real buyer questions every week to see whether AI answers cite you (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT (OpenAI model with web search, not the ChatGPT app) and Claude (Anthropic API with web search, not claude.ai), on every paid plan) and who is cited instead, and joins Search Console to GA4 so you know whether being found turned into signups and revenue. It ranks your bottleneck in code, including when the bottleneck is not visibility, and ships fixes as pull requests you approve (Beta). Alice refuses to report a number it cannot verify against your own data.

Who is TranX for?

TranX builds for the people who report growth numbers upward and need them to be right: in-house marketers at established B2B SaaS, founders running their own growth, and small agencies who resell measurement to clients. If you have real search traffic, buyer questions that AI answers, and a Search Console and GA4 you own, Alice is built for you.

Is TranX the same as Alice?

They are related but not the same. TranX is the company; Alice is the product TranX builds. When people say they use TranX, they mean Alice, the AI growth agent.

The problem we saw

Buyers now ask AI before they ever reach a website, and nothing in Search Console or GA4 shows whether you were the answer. The tools that claim to know cannot agree with themselves from one run to the next, and none of them connect a citation to a signup. Marketers report numbers upward with no way to check them. The one question that matters, "are we found, and did it matter?", stays unanswered.

What we built

Alice is an AI growth agent that measures growth from AI visibility to revenue. A free scan reports what AI crawlers can read on your site, per bot. A weekly watch records whether AI answers cite you on a handful of real buyer queries (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT (OpenAI model with web search, not the ChatGPT app) and Claude (Anthropic API with web search, not claude.ai), on every paid plan), and who is cited instead. A join between Search Console and GA4 connects the pages AI answers cite to the visits they get and to your outcome event, signups, purchases, or leads, with corrupted numbers flagged rather than hidden. The verdict is computed in code and names one bottleneck, including when it is not the thing we sell. Fixes ship as pull requests you approve, in Beta.

Our team

Our founder led a team building Firefox at Mozilla. You don't ship a browser to hundreds of millions of people without learning how the internet actually works: search intent, landing pages, retention, trust. The rest of the team comes from Mozilla, MediaTek, and AI startups, with deep experience in data platforms and large-scale software serving hundreds of millions of users. We're based in Taipei and building for B2B SaaS founders everywhere.

Why “Alice”?

The name is a nod to Alice in Wonderland, the girl who wakes up in a confusing world of conflicting signals and finds her way through by asking the right questions. That's the job we're building for. Our vision: help people navigate a confusing world and find clarity with data.
