Unless explicitly requested by the customer for a specific purpose, TranX will never use enterprise customer data to train AI models. TranX AI only accesses your database when you submit a data analysis request, and once the analysis is completed, your data is not stored.

TranX currently employs five robust layers of protection to ensure customer data remains secure and confidential:

1. Secure encrypted connections

2. Restricted IP access (IP allowlist)

3. Read-only database access

4. No data retention after analysis

5. Role- and department-based access control

If you connect TranX AI to your database, TranX AI does not read data to make copies for later analytics. TranX AI only reads data from data bases when she got questions from you for analysis.

For Excel/CSV files upload and data sending to TranX AI via API, TranX does store the data in the platform database, so you can ask AI to analyze data in a wide range of time.
